Ash & Loaf began as a quiet dream — a home for bread, warmth, and the kind of meals that stick with you.
When war came, it took more than a home. Hale Marrick, a husband, father, and reluctant soldier, fled with flour-dusted grief still on his sleeves. He fought. He bled. He served as an officer in the Immortal Flames. And when the smoke finally cleared and years passed… he went back to baking.
Now nestled in Ul’dah, Ash & Loaf is a haven for the worn, the wandering, and the hungry. Simple food. Strong bread. A hot oven that never truly goes cold.
